Italian Dry Gin

The alcohol used is a very pure alcohol, of certified Italian soft wheat biological and kosher, botanicals and spices they are the best in terms of origin, variety, quality and cultivation method, carefully selected and dosed by the Master distiller who personally follows each stage of production.

There distillation takes place by steam passage: spices and botanicals are not macerated in alcohol but placed in the basket on top of the alembic: the alcohol vapor that passes through them slowly extracts all the fragrance and aromatic oils, giving the gin a particularly rich and persistent taste.

Each stage of production comes made by hand, inside our craft distillery, paying close attention to every detail.

The result is a Gin refined, with great personality, it will amaze you with its fullness of taste and the infinite pleasantness in one Gin and Tonic unforgettable, a Martinis and a Negroni unsurpassed, or simply neat with ice and two drops of angostura for an elegant Pink Gin.
