Ginori

A truly unique and particular London dry gin, created for Vinoria, a place in the alleyways of the historic center of Chiavari, born as a wine bar-enoteca, with a wine list that represents all of Liguria and which then specialized in distillates and cocktails high level.

In imagining an identity gin, which was in harmony with the place and the surrounding environment, the must of Bianchetta grapes, typical of the area, was used.

The must, harmonized with our organic and kosher Italian soft wheat alcohol, juniper and 15 other botanicals, gives this gin a particular softness.
Tasted pure with ice it is like drinking a Martini Cocktail without the need for any addition of Vermouth.

The name? It could only be GINORIA.
