Deep Sea

A gin created to recall the sea in its taste and sapidity.

Owners of a beautiful terrace of Pelagica a Ridosso near the tip of Sestri Levante, contacted us to create a gin that can describe their history of sailors and restaurateurs specialised in fish dishes.

We have thus added a percentage of juniper and the 15 botanicals of our basic bouquet wakame seaweed, which gives that sapidity that you breathe and taste during a storm.
Difficult to say if this gin is best expressed more in the Martini than in the Gin and Tonic, if in doubt try them both.
